Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) / Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Active ingredient: Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate
Inactive ingredients (may vary depending on formulation):
- Cottonseed oil (carrier oil)
- Benzyl benzoate
- Benzyl alcohol
hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) – when clinically appropriate
Active ingredient: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (recombinant or purified)
Inactive ingredients:
- Mannitol
- Sodium chloride
- Sterile water
Anastrozole – when clinically appropriate
Active ingredient: Anastrozole
Inactive ingredients:
- Lactose monohydrate
- Magnesium stearate
- Povidone
Other Supportive Medications (if prescribed by a provider)
Clomiphene Citrate
Inactive ingredients: May include microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate
Tamoxifen Citrate (if indicated)
Inactive ingredients: May include lactose, maize starch, magnesium stearate
